Flexible Working Hours

Flexibility is one of our core values, both in how we work with clients and within our team. We focus on results because we know that the quality of your work does not depend on a rigid schedule. That is why we offer flexible working hours, so getting stuck in traffic on your way to work or being unable to work during our usual core hours of 9:00-15:00 does not have to be a source of stress. As a relatively small team, we enjoy working together during the day, which also makes it easier to discuss any questions or issues that come up. If your child is ill, you are waiting for a locksmith, or you simply want to work from home for 1 week without giving a reason, that is generally fine.

What Do We Do?

Our company primarily develops workflow systems.
Not sure what workflow means? In short, it is software that lets end users map out what they want without any IT expertise and turn their ideas into reality in just a few hours. We make magic happen.
This is one of the most interesting fields a developer can work in! Our day-to-day work is full of exciting challenges: large numbers of users, large volumes of data, business analysis, front-end and back-end development, database design and optimization, mobile technologies, building and operating cloud-based systems, and, of course, continually redesigning and rewriting code to make it more efficient.

How We Work

The software solutions we develop are modern and world-class. We compete with the largest international vendors, learning from them while striving to outperform them. We can only achieve this by using the latest tools and techniques.
We develop products for both mobile devices and traditional platforms, using tools from the largest global infrastructure providers to deliver cloud-based solutions.

Our Workplace

Our head office is in a green, peaceful, tree-lined part of Budapest, right next to the woods. The office (http://azevirodaja.hu) is easy to reach by car or public transport (15 minutes from Széll Kálmán tér). Our company-owned office building offers a modern working environment and opportunities to unwind, even during working hours:

There is also free parking on the street, and the office has a well-equipped kitchen. A wide range of lunch options is available within walking distance.

Team Spirit and Atmosphere

Team-building activities are a regular part of company life, with several events each year: wine tasting, canoeing, cycling, skiing… Our office garden has a dedicated outdoor cooking area where we can get together and relax. We also regularly strengthen our team with overnight trips to explore Hungary’s wine regions.
We do not believe in getting ahead at the expense of your colleagues. A positive atmosphere matters to us, and our management structure and incentive system are designed to support a calm working environment and professional growth, not get in the way.

Career Growth

As a relatively small company, we do not expect you to climb a corporate ladder or compete against your colleagues. Instead, those who establish themselves within the team can move into roles within a few years that require leadership skills and expertise well beyond programming.
Almost all of our senior leaders have grown into their roles here. Starting as software developers or consultants, they have become directors responsible for specific areas of the business.
