Our process and document management division is looking for an experienced Business Process Analyst.
The ideal candidate has a degree in engineering or economics and can explore, understand, and summarize business processes both in writing and verbally, with the communication skills to connect with people, not just work behind a screen.
We are looking for more than an analyst: we want a partner who can be part of our team for the long term.
As a Business Process Analyst with us, you will model processes in our xFLOWer low-code tool, effectively creating standalone workflow applications.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and design business processes for process management, document management, and customer relationship management systems (workflow design and implementation)
- Provide customer support
Requirements
- A relevant higher education qualification
- Knowledge of process modeling systems, tools, and methodologies
- Ability to quickly learn new methods and concepts and apply them in practice
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to write SQL queries
- Intermediate English proficiency
- Openness to learning about new tools and products
