Senior or junior software developer #JavaEE #Workflow

Our company is looking for a developer for our process and document management division. The ideal candidate is a software developer who, beyond “coding,” is open to understanding business processes, capable of understanding, summarizing them in writing and verbally, and has the communication skills to interact not just with a monitor but with people as well. We are not just looking for a software developer, but a partner who can be involved in the entire lifecycle of product development long-term, from requirements assessment through system design, coding, testing, training, and operation. Don’t be alarmed; this is our long-term offer. In the short term, we will only involve you in manageable and solvable task segments.

Responsibilities

• Development of the xFLOWer workflow system (Process management, document management)
• Customization and implementation of unique customer requirements
• Support for customers
• Assessment and design of business processes (workflow design, implementation)

Requirements

• Professional qualification (For juniors, final year student status)
• Ability to quickly learn and apply new methods and knowledge
• Good analytical skills
• Knowledge of relational database design and application (Oracle is an advantage)
• Intermediate knowledge of English
• Openness to learning about new tools and products
• Solid JAVA development experience
