Business Process Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Business Process Analyst for our process and document management division.

The ideal candidate is someone with a technical or economic degree who can understand business processes, summarize them in writing and verbally, and has the communication skills to interact not only with a monitor but also with people.

We are not just looking for an analyst but a partner who can be a part of the team long-term. Our business analyst is capable of modeling processes in our xFLOWer lowcode tool and thus creating independent workflow applications.

Responsibilities

• Assessing and designing business processes of process and document management, as well as customer relationship management systems (workflow design, implementation)
• Supporting clients

Requirements

• Professional higher education degree
• Knowledge of process modeling systems, tools, methodologies
• Ability to quickly learn and apply new methods and knowledge
• Good analytical skills
• Query-level knowledge of SQL language
• Intermediate knowledge of English
• Openness to learning about new tools and products
