Flexibility is a core value for us, which is emphasized not only towards our clients but also within the company. We are task-oriented because we know that the quality of work does not depend on the work schedule. Therefore, we work flexible hours so that it does not become a source of stress if you get stuck in traffic on your way here or for any reason cannot work during the usual core hours of 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Since we are a relatively small team, we enjoy working together during the day, making it easier to consult if any questions or issues arise. If your child is sick, you are expecting a locksmith, or you simply want to work from home for a week without any explanation, it is usually not a problem.

What do we do?
Our company primarily focuses on the development of workflow systems.
Don't know what a workflow is? In short: it's a tool that allows the end-user to design what they want without IT knowledge, and their idea becomes a reality in just a few hours. We are wizards.
This is one of the most interesting things a developer can work on! Our daily work is filled with exciting tasks: many users, lots of data, business analysis, front-end and back-end development, database design and optimization, mobile informatics, the creation and operation of cloud-based systems, and of course, continuous redesign and more efficient recoding.
This is how we operate
The software solutions we develop are world-class and modern. Our competitors are the largest international manufacturers, and while we learn from them, we strive to be better than them. We can only achieve this by using the latest tools and techniques.
We develop products for both mobile devices and traditional platforms, using the tools of the largest multinational infrastructure providers for cloud-based solutions.
Infrastructure
Our central office is located in a green area of Budapest, in a quiet place among trees, near the forest, yet easily accessible by car (free parking) and public transport (15 minutes from Széll Kálmán tér). (http://azevirodaja.hu). In our own office building, in addition to work, there are also recreational and sports opportunities that you can even incorporate into your workday:

Moreover, parking on the street is free, there is a kitchen available in the office, and several excellent restaurants offering daily menus are within walking distance: Johnny’s Bistro Buda, Remiz, and a bit further away (5 minutes by car), the restaurants of Budagyöngye, Full House, or even the Sunny Diner American restaurant are also accessible.
Team Spirit, atmosphere
Regular team-building is a part of company life, occurring multiple times a year: wine tasting, canoeing, cycling, skiing… In our office garden, our own cauldron area provides opportunities for occasional relaxation, but we also regularly build the team with overnight trips to explore Hungary’s wine regions.
At our company, the goal is not for employees to trample over each other to get ahead. A good atmosphere is important, but the hierarchy and incentive system necessary for work are structured in a way that does not hinder peaceful work and professional development.
Career
We are a relatively small company, so you don't have to "climb" the hierarchy or worry about outdoing your colleagues! However, those who integrate themselves into the team can, within a few years, move into roles that require leadership skills, far beyond the level of a simple programmer.
Our management colleagues have almost all "grown up" within our company. Starting as simple software developers or consultants, they have become directors responsible for various areas. Today, they manage people, communicate with our clients' leaders, prepare proposals and contracts, lead projects, make decisions, and create strategies, all while raising children, building houses, and still finding time to go on vacation.
